• Report to the SVP of Events and support the greater events department
• This position may experience high-level work demands and independent decision-making under tight timelines
• Occasional travel outside of the Washington, DC area for meetings or events may be required.
• Event planning for simultaneous events
• Tradeshow/convention events of 1000+ attendees
• Manage destination RFP's
• Food & beverage
• Transportation management

• AV planning and setup
