Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join their team. Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant will include:-Manage customer invoicing processes and ensure timely delivery.-Follow up on payments and resolve collection issues.-Act as a liaison for order processing, including invoicing and shipping.-Assist with monthly financial closings and balance sheet reconciliations.-Support RMA processes for customer returns and related accounting tasks.-Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ADHOC tasks.-Monitor and process employee expense reports.-Drive continuous improvement in finance processes.-Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.-Support internal and external audit requirements.-Implement technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.-Perform other related duties as assigned.
