Join Our Team as a Part-Time Accounting Clerk! ? Are you ready to bring your accounting expertise to a dynamic team in Green Bay, Wisconsin? We’re searching for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join us for 20-30 hours per week. This exciting role involves contributing to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general Accounting functions.
With the potential for a long-term contract, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact! What You’ll Do: Accurately process and post customer cash receipts. Manage mobile deposits and collect remittance details. Review vendor statements for accuracy and reconcile with system records.
Enter vendor invoices efficiently and accurately. Handle check printing, folding, and postage. Submit and approve positive pay files and exceptions. Maintain and organize vendor file folders. Assist with Month-End roll procedures and report preparation.
Support the Accounting Manager during year-end financial audits. Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule that works for you!

- Position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in account reconciliation is necessary
- Experience with accounts payable (AP) is required
- Experience with accounts receivable (AR) is a must
- Ability to manage billing processes is essential
- Proficiency in data entry tasks is required
- Experience in invoice processing is necessary
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel
