We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the south metro, Minnesota area. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, ideal for individuals with a knack for high volume customer service and administrative tasks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and processing applications. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing solutions and assistance as needed.
- Ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
- Adhering to data privacy and security guidelines.
- Monitor customer accounts routinely, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.
- Ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a live phone operator, assisting customers with general questions or concerns up to 50-100 calls per day.
- Support project execution by performing related clerical tasks as assigned.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook to manage email correspondence and document creation.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is essential for the role.
- Proven experience in a call center customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Strong ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
- Experience with email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative would be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
