Here's what you'll do:As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment in a facility specializing in industrial grade metal processing. Key Responsibilities-Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.-Perform routine maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.-Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.-Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.-Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures at all times.-Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.-Maintaining production machines and all facility equipment-Performing unscheduled repairs on production equipment and all facility equipment-Performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and making repair recommendations-Detecting faulty, improper, and unsafe operating conditions-Using hand and power tools, and material handling equipment-Collaborating with maintenance and production personnel-Complying with safety regulations-Maintaining an organized work area and supporting product quality programs
