Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to read schematics and use basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, to assemble lighting products efficiently and accurately. This job is located in Franklin by the mall.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble lighting products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, such as screwdrivers, to secure components properly.
• Inspect assembled products for accuracy, functionality, and defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, particularly screwdrivers, in an assembly setting.
• strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Prior assembly experience is preferred but not required.
