Our client, a top-tier law firm in Newport Beach, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a background in employment and/or business litigation. The role will be hybrid, mostly offering work-from-home, and 1-2 days in their wonderful Newport Beach office.

Responsibilities:

• Litigate varied employment and business cases, which may include complex or high stakes matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions and briefs
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal team members

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in the California Bar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, focusing on employment and/or business litigation
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload
• Proven experience in all stages of the litigation process
