What you will be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing our channel partner programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving partner engagement and performance.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, track program metrics, and enhance partner relationships.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of channel partner programs. Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners. Address partner inquiries, provide support, and foster strong relationships to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure program materials, resources, and updates are effectively communicated to partners.
  • Track and analyze program metrics and partner performance. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Organize and coordinate partner events, webinars, and training sessions. Ensure events are executed smoothly and align with program objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date program documentation, including partner agreements, training materials, and program guidelines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with internal teams to streamline program operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and resources for partners. Provide ongoing support to ensure partners are well-equipped to succeed.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a channel program, partner management, or related role. Experience in Surveillance industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
  • Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
  • Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
  • Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
