Job Type: Contract

Schedule & Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Position Overview:

Additionally, the Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of medication errors and counseling procedures while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs to enhance patient care and nursing staff performance.
• Monitor and assess unit performance, working closely with nurse managers.
• Support staff development initiatives and assist with corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of medication errors and counseling.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Expertise in patient care management and staff training.

Education Requirements:

• Active RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• Master’s Degree – Preferred

Certifications & Licenses:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
