Foxhole is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Technical Solutions to drive the development and execution of strategic alliances that align with Foxhole's vision for growth and innovation. This position will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships with external organizations, including technology providers, government agencies, and commercial partners, to accelerate Foxhole's strategic goals and market expansion.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Development, the Vice President will work collaboratively with internal leadership across all divisions to identify critical capabilities, technologies, and new market opportunities.This role will involve developing strategic plans, establishing partnership objectives, and ensuring the effective execution of partnership initiatives to drive sustainable growth, enhance Foxhole's competitive position, and achieve our long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing and building strategic partnerships in the technology, services, or defense contracting sectors, with a strong ability to drive collaborative initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
Job Description:
- Lead the identification and evaluation of key strategic opportunities that align with Foxhole's growth priorities. Work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to build targeted partnership strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for forging mutually beneficial partnerships with external organizations. This includes identifying potential strategic partners, engaging in business development activities, and negotiating terms that align with Foxhole’s business objectives.
- Work alongside leaders to assess and prioritize technological capabilities and resources needed to support growth initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute on partnership objectives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business avenues through strategic partnerships. Support the development of joint business cases, product offerings, and market penetration strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to analyze customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform partnership decisions. Leverage these insights to refine offerings and partnership opportunities.
- Lead the successful execution of partnership initiatives by setting clear goals and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective implementation and scaling of strategic partnerships.
- Regularly engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including the Foxhole Executive Leadership Team, functional heads, and key external partners, to ensure partnership goals are met and that Foxhole’s strategic initiatives are supported.
- Partner with the Foxhole contract and procurement teams to negotiate and formalize partnership agreements that are aligned with company objectives. Monitor ongoing partnership performance and proactively address any challenges.
- Represent Foxhole at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance brand visibility, establish new business relationships, and maintain Foxhole's leadership position in the market.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for partnership performance. Regularly review and analyze progress against strategic goals and provide comprehensive updates to the Executive Leadership Team on partnership activities.
- Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and reports to senior leadership, including the CEO and Board of Directors, showcasing partnership successes, revenue impacts, and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships in a technology, defense, or government contracting environment.
- Proven ability to think strategically and drive cross-functional initiatives with a focus on long-term business objectives. Demonstrated leadership in managing high-impact teams and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of the technology, defense, and services industries, with a particular emphasis on federal contracting, innovative technologies, and exposure to the commercial market landscape.
- Strong ability to analyze market research, performance data, and customer insights to drive decisions, refine product strategies, and create new growth opportunities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, board members, and customers.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that have led to revenue growth, product innovation, and market expansion.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
- US Citizenship required with the ability to attain a Top Secret security clearance.
