Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Hialeah area. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and executing all tasks associated with the accounts payable function of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and process all payable invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date payables files and reports for auditing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build sustainable relationships.
• Manage payment processes including wire transfers and check runs.
• Assist in maintaining financial security by following internal accounting controls.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
