Responsibilities- Assemble, maintain, and regularly update construction project data and work order lists.
- Maintain cost data related to project budget, labor hours, and equipment/material costs from project start to completion.
- Collect, monitor, review, and distribute project documentation to relevant parties.
- Prepare general correspondence, including memos, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy project files and documents.
- Collect and integrate project data into files for archiving upon project completion.
- Assist Project Managers with the preparation and tracking of Change Orders.
- Assist in managing Construction Material Purchase Orders.
- Manage the Project "Close Out" process, including verifying the Job Profitability Report.
