Job Description

Civil Estimator

Large General Contractor
Bridgewater MA
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the estimation process with guidance from senior management (SPCM or VPPC).
Analyze costs and metrics from previous projects to identify discrepancies and underlying causes.
Develop comprehensive scopes of work and bid comparison sheets.
Manage working relationships with estimators and preconstruction engineers.
Discuss changes and adjustments to cost estimates with engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors.

Civil Estimator

Large General Contractor
Bridgewater MA
Qualifications:
10+ years of Civil Construction Experience
Experience with demolition, support excavation, deep pile foundations, ground improvements, contaminated soil, and dewatering methods
Experience with AutoCAD, On-Screen Takeoff, InSite earthworks software
Civil Engineering degree preferred
