Cost Control Engineer
Overview:
Archer Western, a member of The Walsh Group, is currently seeking a Construction Cost Engineer at our Miami Signature Bridge Project located in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Cost control
- Job forecast – Management of job costs
- Change orders
- Work with superintendents, subcontractors and other project team members to accurately represent the impact of change orders and or delays to the project cost
- Analysis of project cost
- Accurate forecasting and management of budgets
- Estimating
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Finance or related
- 1-5 years of experience
- CMIC experience is preferred
- Cost Accounting experience (Timberline or other cost management programs)
- Ability to make confident, timely, and fact based decisions on a broad range of resources
- Candidates must demonstrate multi-tasking experience working in large teams and solving complex problems
