$20.00 p/hr
10pm to 6am Sunday thru Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (Off Wednesdays and Thursdays)
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. State training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.The site is a Headquaters location, and will require the hightest level of professionalism, customer service, and high quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

Qualifications:
Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for a Dispatch Security Officer.
This position oversees the daily security operations of a 24/7 Central Command Center, safeguarding the assets of the facility, employees and guests. This position will be responsible for monitoring, directing and responding to security and safety issues while ensuring the appropriate response is deployed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor emails and phone correspondence to requests and inquiries appropriately
- Monitor CCTV camera systems
- Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges
- Make periodic patrols of the facility to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
- Restrict access into confidential areas throughout the facility and offices
- Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property
- Report security violations and provide guidance to support staff to properly resolve issues
- Utilize internal communications systems including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism
- Respond appropriately to facility alarms
- Prevent vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior
- Provide security support for various client projects and events
- Accurately complete and retain reporting documentation and logs
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas
- Previous dispatch experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with report writing
- Monitoring and surveillance experience
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Previous security experience is required
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
