Right of Way Specialist
Right of Way Specialist needed Newton MA to join a leading engineering and construction firm. This candidate will need to travel approximately 75% of the time within Massachusetts to manage the right of way proceedings for transmission line construction.
Ideal candidates will have a related degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.

salary: $37 - 50 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Negotiate removal or establish license agreement for encroachments on client's transmission easements or fee right of way.
- Desktop review and field verification of potential encroachments
- Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
- Complete rights and restriction reviews
- Research and review of real property related documents
- Understand and interpret easement agreements
- Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into a stakeholder management database
- Complete document research as needed
- Manage and prioritize workload
- Support client needs as directed
- Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Operations
