Business Development Representative
Location: Parsippany, New Jersey
Salary: $60k, plus OTE
Our client, a European market leader in physical security systems since 1976, is expanding rapidly in the U.S. market. They’re seeking a number of talented Business Development Representatives to join their team and play a key role in our ambitious growth plans - over the next year the business are looking to grow by more than $50 million - this is a hugely exciting time to be joining the company.

Business Development Representative responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-value prospects across North America, focusing on enterprise clients like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
- Generate leads through strategic outreach efforts, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging existing leads and market intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, setting up meetings and providing valuable insights to drive sales success.
- Contribute to a dynamic and growing office culture, working collaboratively with both the North American and global teams.
Business Development Representative Package:
- $60k basic salary
- OTE taking your package higher

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Driven and results-oriented, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
- Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Forward-thinking and adaptable, able to anticipate market needs and stay ahead of the curve.
- A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
