Project Administrative Assistant - Huntsville

Essential Functions

o Assists with processing payroll and oversight of weekly time entry. Works with various levels of staff to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

o Receives expenses from employees, reconcile and apply to weekly payroll for reimbursement.

o Assists with on-boarding and off-boarding for new hires and terminated employees.

o Schedule and set-up of office meetings and assistance with local functions, as well as assisting with travel accommodations on an as needed basis.

o Acts as a liaison between IT company and employees regarding set up and deactivation of company email addresses, computers, laptops, etc.

o Tracks and inventories uniforms and company merchandise. Assists with ordering on an as needed basis.

o Provides administrative support to Management Team and Field Staff.

o Assists with special projects as needed.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break.

Required Education and Experience
  1. High school diploma.

Drug Screen and Background Clearance

This position will require a negative drug screen and clear background report before employment can be secured.
