Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Must possess an active license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Must have supervisor experience in a long-term care facility.
- Demonstrate success in staff supervision and team management.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
