Customer Service Representative - Indianapolis

This position is REMOTE, 3PM-2AM or 2PM-1AM Monday-Thursday (off Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service via various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Open, manage, and resolve customer trouble tickets efficiently
• Clearly and concisely explain product options and related charges to customers
• Efficiently navigate through customer service systems and tools, primarily CRM applications
• Uphold call center metrics and quality scores
• Inform customers about promotions, new products, or upgrades
• Provide customers with rate quotations
• Conduct research, data entry, and email correspondence tasks as necessary.
• Proficient in delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Fluent in Spanish Language
• Demonstrated ability in accurate Data Entry
• Proven skills in conducting thorough Research
• Capability to handle Email Correspondence effectively
• Experience in providing Customer Quotes
