Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, the part-time Financial Analyst to provide high-level financial expertise in a contractor role. This position is ideal for professionals seeking flexible, project-based work while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, valuations, budgeting, and investor relations.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop company valuation models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum-of-the-Parts
- Prepare investor memorandums and presentations to support capital raises.
- Assist in capital expansion planning, including forecasting for new locations.
- Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to enhance financial reporting and compliance.
- Conduct budget analysis and provide strategic financial recommendations.
- Identify key financial trends and provide insights to executive leadership.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in multi-unit businesses, entertainment, or the real estate sector
- Expertise in financial modeling, financial forecasting, and valuation techniques, including but not limited to being able to construct the following (as part of Investor Memorandums/Presentations):
- Capitalization Table
- Post-Money Valuation
- Waterfall Analysis
- ROI & Exit Scenarios
- Dilution Impact
- Financial KPI’s
- Risk Factors & Sensitivity Analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience creating investor presentations and financial reports.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and accounting software.
- Moderate proficiency in presentation software, including PowerPoint and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with accounting and executive teams
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Able to travel as needed.
