Shipping/Receiving Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Ronkonkoma, NY. This role is essential for ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and inventory is accurately maintained. Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles
- Familiarity with shipping software and procedures (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift or pallet jack (certification preferred)
- attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Prepare and package products for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Manage shipping and receiving records in the inventory system
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse area
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
- Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment schedules and inventory status
