- related incidents and alarms, providing remote troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and team members.

Good customer service and attention to detail are essential.Position: Customer service representative Location:Chandler AZ 85286 Pay: 18 Shift Days/Hours: Saturdays + Sundays with two weekdays off.
Shift offerings: 7:30am- 4:00pm Local Time 10:00am
- 6:30pm Local Time 12:00pm
- 8:30pm Local Time 2:30pm
- 11:00pm Local Time

Responsibilities- Security Response Center will handle the initial intake team for security issues - alarm, incident and emergency queue. Will write up incident report/synopsis then escalate to the appropriate contact depending on level of severity. Will follow up with initial caller if necessary
- This person will assist Security Response Center team members with processing emergency alarm and call processing
- They will perform system manipulation, placing site in a mode so alarms don't get triggered
- This person will answer the calls when vendors get on site and leave site
- Remote troubleshooting
- Will be engaged in alarm queue or call queue at all times
- Maintain email inbox and respond where needed
