Call Center Agent - Bilingual Spanish/English

Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base effectively.

• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls in both Spanish and English.
• Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, payment processing, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utility services, including outages and maintenance updates.
• Explain company policies, rates, and procedures clearly to customers.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional demeanor throughout all interactions
