Content Central Experience is a plus In charge of general up keep and orgazations of the shipping area in the warehouse. 1. Manage order preparation: ensure orders are pulled and loaded correctly and that all paperwork is coded and completed correctly.
2. Warehousing: Make efficient use of warehouse space to store/display materials. 3. General Housekeeping: Ensure warehouse is kept in a clean, organized and safe condition at all times. 4. Monitor forklift and other equipment to ensure proper operating condition and report any issues requiring service.
5. Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas. 6. Operates the stretch wrap banders and banding equipment. 7. Pull systems and/or pumps to fill daily orders record and verify serial numbers, quantities weights, dims and stage on UPS carts or in shipping lanes based on shipping instructions.
8. Assist with unloading containers and truck shipments. 9. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Ensure items are put away in a timely manner, packing lists are stamped and turned in. 10. Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
11. Supports the shipment of goods produced as needed and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base. 12. Pack parts orders in a way that will minimize the possibility of shipping damage, giving special attention to delicate parts.
13. Print UPS labels, packing lists and bills of lading as necessary based on scheduling 14. Ensure all boxes
