Job Description

Partner with leadership to support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on policies, resolving workplace issues, and supporting communication.
Advise leadership on HR policies and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Support workforce planning efforts, addressing recruitment, retention, and development needs.
Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and talent management programs.
Track HR metrics, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Design and implement training and development opportunities to foster employee growth.
Oversee employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay informed on best practices and trends in HR.
Manage HRIS data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and payroll processing.
Contribute to HR projects that support overall organizational goals and improve HR functions.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
4+ years of people management experience.
7-9 years of total HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance practices, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and policy implementation.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both strategically and tactically.
