Job Description
The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire construction timeline, ensuring that each phase of the project is completed on time and coordinating daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team
- Ensuring that construction work meets the required standards and specifications by conducting regular inspections and monitoring the quality of materials and craftsmanship
- Enforcing safety protocols on the construction site, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors' activities, ensuring they meet their project deadlines and adhere to the project's quality and safety standards
- Addressing any unexpected challenges or delays by quickly identifying problems, proposing solutions, and implementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track

The Successful Applicant
The right Lead Superintendent will have:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale projects
- Experience successfully managing the full lifecycle of large-scale projects (from planning and pre-construction to completion), demonstrating the ability to deliver on time and within budget
- The ability to lead and coordinate a large team of subcontractors, project managers, engineers, and other personnel, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and clients
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling software like Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project to track progress, manage budgets, and coordinate complex logistics
