Accounts Payable Specialist

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Commercial Construction industry, based in Coconut Creek, Florida. The role involves managing accounts payable for a General Contractor, utilizing Timberline software, and ensuring all customer accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently.

• Oversee all aspects of account payables for the company
• Use Sage Timberline software for data entry and invoice processing
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF for various functions
• Handle AIA billing, job cost, and general coding tasks
• Manage Notice to Owners and Lien waivers
• Ensure account reconciliation and check runs are carried out accurately
• Maintain efficiency and organization in all tasks. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial data
• Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing company expenses and payments
• Familiarity with Check Runs to maintain an organized and timely payment system
• Skilled in Coding Invoices, categorizing company expenses accurately
• Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring quick and accurate input of financial data
• Experience in Invoice Processing, overseeing the payment of goods and services
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis
• Experience with Oracle for managing company finances and operations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing and tracking company financial data
• Proficiency in Sage Timberline for construction accounting and management
