**Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist/Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our daily operations.

**Duties**
  • Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize Google Suite tools to manage documents, spreadsheets, and other digital materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and other duties as required.
  • Provide customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and precision.
  • Offer basic information to visitors about our organization and services.

**Skills**

Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence.
Clerical Skills: Proficient in clerical tasks including typing and filing.
Front Desk Operations: Knowledge of front desk operations as a receptionist or clerk.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling and managing appointments.
Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette with strong customer support skills.

Experience: Previous experience in anl office setting is a plus, but not required

**Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite tools, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist is a significant asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
