Oral Health Hygienist

Duties:

• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth surfaces.
• Apply protective treatments such as fluoride and sealants.
• Educate patients on maintaining oral hygiene and identifying early signs of dental issues.
• Conduct dental X-rays and assist in evaluating periodontal health.
• Record patient medical histories and vital signs.

Skills Required:

• Minimum one year of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Valid NYSED license; X-ray certification preferred.

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent.

Stipend Range: $87,000 - $112,000 annually.
