Job Description
Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Holyoke MA Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire construction timeline, ensuring that each phase of the project is completed on time and coordinating daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
- Ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications by conducting regular inspections and monitoring the quality of materials and craftsmanship.
- Enforce safety protocols on the construction site, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors' activities, ensuring they meet their project deadlines and adhere to the project's quality and safety standards.
- Address any unexpected challenges or delays by quickly identifying problems, proposing solutions, and implementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

The Successful Applicant
Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Holyoke MA Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale projects.
- Experience successfully managing the full lifecycle of large-scale projects (from planning and pre-construction to completion), demonstrating the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- The ability to lead and coordinate a large team of subcontractors, project managers, engineers, and other personnel, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and clients.
- Familiarity with project management and scheduling software like Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project to track progress, manage budgets, and coordinate complex logistics.
