This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Oracle Phase 2 by creating a customer/supplier end site for bill payments and other transactions
• Develop and utilize OCI SDK to add authentication to the site for external clients and vendors
• Process customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and process customer credit applications
• Utilize your skills with Amazon EC2, Ansible, Atlassian Jira, Auto Scaling, AWS Technologies, API Development, Automation, and Backup Technologies
• Perform cluster analysis as needed
• Work closely with the current admin and share work responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with decision-makers regarding system updates and improvements. • Proficiency in Amazon EC2, Ansible, Atlassian Jira, Auto Scaling, and AWS Technologies
• Demonstrable experience in API Development and Automation
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies and Cluster Analysis
• Background in scientific instrument manufacturing industry
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-based issues effectively
• Proven ability to manage and monitor cloud systems
• Strong understanding of network protocols, IP networking, and network architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with IT teams and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
