POSITION OVERVIEW: Under supervision of the Program Director, the requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The Job Description will be reviewed periodically for accuracy and/or adjusted according to business necessity.Salary range: $60,000- $65,000 Annually with relevant experience.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Provide individual and group services to adults with substance use disorders and mental health disorders, assisting them in achieving their life goals and maintain overall wellness.-Provision of services that are OASAS/OMH compliant and in line with standards of care.-Maintain collaborative and compliant documentation that meets OASAS/OMH and organizational expectations.-Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings offering feedback and support to staff.-Participate in person-centered treatment planning, including risk assessment and crisis planning-Provide DSM diagnostic assessment and treatment planning, along with making appropriate recommendations and referrals and to document in client record in accordance with regulatory agencies and policy and procedures.-Conduct regular collateral follow up with treatment partners as clinically indicated.-Work closely with clients to collaboratively develop formal treatment plans that address substance use disorder and mental health concerns, including improving adherence to recommended treatment.-Evaluate and provide therapeutic interventions in individual sessions and groups using evidenced-based practices.-Complete all paperwork requirements and statistical reporting to ensure program compliance with applicable intergovernmental oversight agencies.-Maintain accurate and complete records as required. -Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and workshops, in order to maintain and improve professional competence.-All other duties as assigned by the director and clinical supervisor.REQUIREMENTS:- Master's degree in Social Work or an equivalent related field required.
Current and unrestricted LMSW
