Bachelors Degree in a technical field and minimum 15+ years of professional experience in the infrastructure / EPC / T&D sectors required
Senior executive level experience within a minimum $500M revenue business segment with a large employee base focused on electric utility related clients in North America
Strong business and leadership skills including P&L management, HR/people development, senior level business development, HSEQ and operational excellence and execution
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The President is the most senior executive within the Power Delivery Business Segment. leadership and a culture that consistently upholds company expectations and will lead and communicate with other members of Senior Management including the Corporate C-Suite.protected and valued by delivering operational excellence and superior execution to the customer. The acquisition customer quality talent retention, planning.
The President will be both the strategic and will communicate and accomplish consistent growth for the company. He or she will lead the business development plan and capture strategy that achieves its business plan and financial metrics outlined in the planning process and will work with all business.
