We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist in Lathrop, California. As a Front Desk Receptionist, your role will be to manage our front office operations, provide customer service, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance in the organization
  • Handle the multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
  • Implement customer service strategies to maintain a high level of satisfaction
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records

  • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

  • Demonstrated ability in Organizing Files
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Data Entry tasks
