Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful IT projects by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.

Proven experience working on IT projects such as software development, systems integration, or cloud migration.

Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.

Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
