We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the financial transaction processing industry at our Atlanta, Georgia location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing customer data, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date in our systems
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as needed
- Maintain knowledge of our services and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Ensure all interactions and transactions adhere to company policies and regulations
- Use email as a means of communication and correspondence with customers
- Manage customer credit applications, processing them accurately and efficiently. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Demonstrable ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with data entry tasks and order entry systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in email correspondence and ability to draft detail oriented emails
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
