Financial Data Analyst

This role is integral to our operations, and your insights will directly impact our financial strategies and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Create detailed grant, program, and department budgets in collaboration with operations
• Produce monthly financial reports, noting budget to actual variances
• Track corporate grants and coordinate with the development department to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting
• Monitor spending to ensure compliance with budget guidelines and escalate concerns to appropriate leaders
• Prepare financial documents for billing funders and assist program managers with financial insights
• Coordinate with other finance team members to review financial information and forecasts
• Participate in establishing program plan requirements and conduct program plan studies
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
• Forecast and track financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary.
• Ability to use Crystal Reports is a must.
• Knowledge in Data Mining Techniques is paramount.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial.
• Expertise in Accrual Accounting is required.
• Experience in Auditing is important.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary.
• Knowledge of Capital Management is crucial.
