Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage and maintain schedules for managers and team members
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, scanning, and mail distribution
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
