Job Description- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities and trade contractors on site.
- Maintain daily logs, resolve construction issues, and ensure project compliance with safety standards.
- Plan and review construction schedules with the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality control, safety, and cost management throughout the project.
- Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in construction supervision, including multi-family and commercial projects. They will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
