Hospital employed- 5 -hour shifts 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM; 6 PM to 6:30 AM. Rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends. Dedicated night PA's over night shifts.
Covering medical, surgical, cardiac and critical care patients.
Closed ICU: Intensivists are onsite 24|7
Diverse patient population- 12 weeks training
