Summary

The ideal candidate will assist in developing policies, managing projects, and ensuring data integrity while guiding users in effective decision-making and system utilization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT staff to investigate and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues related to business applications.
  • Assist departments in defining and improving business processes, recommending and implementing appropriate technology solutions.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage projects aimed at enhancing business process performance.
  • Gather user requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to address business needs.
  • Provide end-user training on system usage, data management, and report writing.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures across departments.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for various departments.
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and debugging as necessary.
  • Recommend and implement internal web solutions for improved access to information and resources.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, and participate in meetings as needed.
  • Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Must Have
  • Strong commitment to the organization’s Christ-centered mission and values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • General knowledge of databases such as Jenzabar CX/JX, JICS, Linux, SQL, and IBM Informix.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with diverse groups.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in developing functional and semi-technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with data validation criteria and report standards.
  • Skills in creating and editing written materials.
  • Ability to make informed administrative decisions and conduct thorough investigations and analyses.
