Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Field Service Technician are:

  • Install and commission continuous mixing systems and related equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime for customers.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in testing, upgrading, and modifying equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Field Service Technician will have the following:

  • Strong Electrical and Mechanical Hands-on knowledge
  • PLC Experience Preferred
  • Experience working on Capital Equipment
  • Experience working on measurement tools (Calipers, Multimeters)
  • Ability to Travel up to 70% Nationwide
