Business Systems Analyst - Irvine - ref. p0785919

The Business Systems Analyst works with stakeholders from all business units to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives, including online products, content management systems, and business information systems.

• 2-3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst
• Experience in elicitation and requirements gathering tactics to capture all requirements, including the mapping of end-to-end process flows
• Ability to analyze a situation, interview, formulate questions, and probe for deeper knowledge/ understanding
• Problem solver with ability to apply critical thinking skills and data driven evidence to identify, mitigate, and resolve complex risks and issues
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experienced in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• General understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience with MS Visio, MS Project
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Other plus skills include Azure DevOps, JIRA, Symitar, Credit Union background (These are all nice to have; Not required)
• Ability to work in team environments and independently as needed
• Must be able to hit the ground running
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write clearly, concisely, and logically
• Be able to build relationships, instill confidence, and work with diverse personality types
