Warehouse Manager - Needham

This role is hands-on and includes both warehouse responsibilities and full-time driving duties. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "get it done" attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Inspect deliveries for damage and document any issues.
- Pick and stage orders for multiple job sites across Massachusetts.
- Coordinate logistics for all outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Manage inventory using software tools.
- Perform general maintenance tasks in and around the office and warehouse.
- Assist in creating and maintaining new warehouse operations systems.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
While a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are the most important traits for this role, we’re looking for candidates with the following:
- A valid driver’s license.
- The ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills, including email and familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- A willingness to learn new technology.
- General knowledge and comfort using hand tools.
