Job Description- Manage ground-up clubhouse & amenities projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and profitability.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Clubhouse or amenities project experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of South Florida construction regulations & processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and oversee subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
