Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and typing speed and accuracy. Prefer experience with Excel, Word, and Quick Books but we are willing to train the right person.
This is a professional office position available for an established company. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 9 AM – 4:30 PM with 1-hour non-paid lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
- Candidates must be available M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM to cover when others are gone.
The right candidate will be extremely reliable, very personable, in search of a position that offers a variety of tasks, capable of typing at least 35 words per minute, and available Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with availability to stay on a rare occasion until 5:00 PM when needed without hesitation.
Primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities
- Answering Phones
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system utilizing Quick Books Pro
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and improve service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Generate Shipping Labels
- Filing
- Assist owner with a variety of both professional and personal tasks
- Opportunities for more detailed work based on abilities

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic office computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
