job summary: Accounting Manager - $90,000 to $105,000 plus bonus (IN OFFICE)
Outstanding opportunity to join a growing privately held company headquartered near Lititz, Pennsylvania.
This company continues to grow both organically and through acquisition and presents a real opportunity to a current Staff to Senior level Accountant who is looking to take his / her career to the next level. You will be working hand in hand with a first class Controller - who our firm has worked with for over a decade.
The Controller has been with the company for a couple of years and told our firm, "I've never been in the office past 5:00 PM".

responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP in accounting methods and financial reporting
- Oversee all GL reconciliations and balancing
- Support budget, forecasting and analysis processes
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 8 years accounting / finance experience preferred.
- Candidates with current / previous experience in public accounting are preferred.
- Candidates must have strong GAAP accounting experience, strong financial systems experience and strong financial analysis experience.
