Our Bowring Marsh division is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Norwich office:

Clinical Trials Client Account Handler

With 10 offices in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, United States and Bermuda, our Bowing Marsh teams cover a range of Insurance products across the following areas: Property, Casualty, Terrorism, North American Property, Life Sciences and Mining.

The successful candidate will provide support to Bowring Marsh Norwich and Dublin based colleagues in servicing a large multi-national portfolio of business.

We will count on you to:

Liaise accordingly with Insurers to arrange market documentation from Insurers for retail/producing offices.
Review market documentation with strict attention to detail.
Build strong working relationships with clients.
Organise and prioritise work effectively.
Finalise subjectivities from retail/producing offices and distributing the information to respective Insurers/Reinsurers
Provide day to day client support and service with prompt responses.
Execute policy amendment requests from retail/producing offices to Insurers/Reinsurers
Handle matters regarding premium billing and reconciliation for the Client and Insurers/Reinsurers
Handle basic communications with retail/producing offices and with underwriters
Effective control and management of internal targets in respect of Workflow/Contract Certainty/Premium Warranties / Payments/MRCE Workflow/ Late Signings
Work collaboratively with other Bowring Marsh colleagues / offices as required

Monitoring and tracking of MRCE documents

Maintain comprehensive and accurate files and records of the negotiating process including file note of meetings and telephone conversations as well as complying with Bowring Marsh standards

What you need to have:

Excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with experience of dealing with internal and external clients
An interest in improving service and performance
The ability to understand the needs and objectives of internal and external clients and execute accordingly
The flexibility to adapt different approaches or styles to situations
Ability to plan prioritise and complete work within strict timeframes
Ability to work under pressure

Ability to cope with cyclical nature of the business
