Inside Sales Representative - National Accounts
Responsibilities:

Position Summary:This role will be responsible for the inbound and outbound servicing of National Accounts. The National Accounts Representative will work in a team environment, with outside sales. Focusing on building relationships, Inbound & Outbound Sales, EDI Processing, Mandate Execution, Local Business Objectives, KPI’s, and utilizing and leveraging our platform technologies.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Own the execution of order management related systems, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Identify and initiate process improvements around EDI and other order management activities.
- Setup and maintain electronic customer files and club store management and processing.
- Develop and enrich relationships with distributor personnel, corporate buyers, and supplier partners by identifying and articulating customer needs and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Actively participate and execute against mandate and commitment programs.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, inbound and outbound sales orders, or returns.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in an efficient manner while maintaining a high level of service.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of customer service or ecommerce experience.
- High degree of accuracy, focus, attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects for timely completion.
- Ability to independently resolve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
- Proficient working with CRM software
